Sharon is a certified professional coach and brings over twenty years of human resources, management and executive experience. She also consults in the human resources arena, with a particular interest in succession planning and key resource retention. Professional credentials include coaching certification through the Adler School of Professional Coaching and membership in the International Coach Federation. Sharon's associates bring a wealth of experience and expertise in people development and are contracted as needed.
